He was predeceased by : his father Gabriele; his wife Mary C. Duncil Miconi; his children, Gabriel Miconi (Terri), Nancy Fazio (Steve) and Lisa Miconi; and his sister Anna Miconi.

He is survived by : his daughter Beatrice A. Henderson; his siblings, Helen Buonamici, Eva Miconi and Americo Miconi (Sally); and his grandchildren, Desiree Bombard (Joe), Danielle Henderson (Ronnie), Christopher Fazio (Nicole), Matthew Fazio (Christa), Vincent Fazio and Christian Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's research Hospital or WVU Medicine Children's Hospital.
