He is survived by: his wife Linda Hoskinson Lamp; his sons, Craig Lamp (Amber), Cody Lamp (Sarah) and Brandon Lamp; his stepdaughter Jessica Lehew (J. R.); his grandchildren, James Lamp, Peytin Lamp, Samantha Lamp, Beau Lamp and Dustin Lehew; and his sisters, Pat Lamp and Mary Lou Lamp Seti.
