He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Shultz and Shirley Shultz (Allen); his sisters, Faye Forrester and Sharon Forrester; and his father-in-law Wayne Law.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Shultz (Law); his siblings, Barb Cantrell of Broadway, VA, Darlene Samples of Oak Island, NC, Theresa Sponaugle of West Union, WV and Jerry Shultz of Harrisonburg, VA; and his mother-in-law Betty Law of West Union, WV. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to help with the funeral expenses.
