She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest E. Mooney and Maudie B. Mooney. She is survived by: her children, David Mooney (Jamie) of Logan and Sabrina Harris (Rickey) of Laurel Creek; her stepson Jason Elliott of Chapmanville; her grandchildren, Sierra, Karley, Jacob, Trina and Evie; her great grandchildren, Hayden Jace and Kailan; her brother Victor "Bud" Scaggs (Gail) of North Dakota; her sister-in-law Rose Damron (Hass) of Ohio; and her nieces, Vanessa Gardner (Dale) and Lisa Rainwater (Mark).
