He is survived by: his wife Peggy Crum; his children, Terri Bentley (Scott) and Sherman Crum Jr.; his siblings, Shelvy Rakes, Dale Baisden, Gwen Clark, Darlene Eldridge, Patty Adkins, Hazel Harris, Barbara Richardson, Jean Hill, Kay Bargnas, Dane Bender, Billy Bender, Dan Bender and Clyde Bender; his grandchildren, Zack Bentley, Andrea Fletcher, Jeromey Crum and Tabitha Mills; his great grandchildren, Parker, Braxtyn Fletcher, Kayla, Thomas Mills, Baylie, Aleigha and Owen Crum; and his close friend Betty Vance.
