With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Leyomie Noland of Charles Town, West Virginia, who passed away on November 9, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Hardy and Vernie Canter Hardy. She is survived by : her husband William K. Noland; and her children, Linda Payne of Louisville, KY, Carol Brown (Mickey) of The Villages, FL, Thomas Lusby (Marie) of Hughesville, MD and Ralph Lusby of Hampstead, MD. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter and several siblings.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
