He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Garland Heflebower, Jr. and Elsie Mae Cummings Heflebower; and his wife Susan Taylor Heflebower. He is survived by: his son Gregory J. Heflebower (Amy) of Rippon, WV; his grandsons, Howard G. Heflebower III, Clayton E. Heflebower and William G. Heflebower; and his sister Patricia Ann Ott of Rippon, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home (310 S Fairfax Blvd, Ranson, WV 25438). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
