She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Moriarity and Vivian Moriarity (Feltner); and her husband Clay W. Leps, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Penelope Runyan (Marc) of Charles Town, WV, Jennifer Manion of Front Royal, VA, Clay W. Leps, III (Tina) of Middletown, VA and Jeffrey W. Leps of Charles Town, WV; and her sister Deborah Cross (Kathleen Wetherald). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
