He is survived by: his parents, John Kornacki and Therese Kornacki; his wife Michelle; his sons, Jack and Brooks; his siblings, Suzanne Donagher (Scott), Michael Kornacki (Christine), Kenneth Kornacki (Gail) and Gregory Kornacki (Laura); and his siblings' children, Kathryn, Dimitri, Jacob, Anna, Vincent, Clare, Lucy, Sarah, Nathan, Emily and Karen.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice.
