She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Adkins and Mildred Rissler Adkins; her husband Douglas Fink, Sr.; and her siblings, Thomas Adkins, Sr., Diane Franks, Pete Seal and Cletus Atkins.
She is survived by: her children, Stacey Herbst (Larry) of Charles Town, WV and Robert Nick, Jr. of Charles Town; her grandchildren, Dylan Nick, Kayla Nick, Cael Nick and Chloe Herbst; her great grandchildren, Belle Rose Nick and Crue Croson; her stepchildren, Douglas Fink, Jr., Tiffany Demory and April Fink; and her sister Patty Bowers (Wayne). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
