She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Fred Blake and Rella Blake; and her siblings, Fred Junior, Jimmy, Tom, Bob, Gladys "Sissy", Mary and Nancy.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Schumm of Tampa, Susan Fitzgerald (Tom) of Bluffton, SC, John Hurd of Macon, GA and Judy Hurd of Charleston, WV.; her grandchildren, Roger (Susan), Jamie, John Ryan (Johnny), Park, Blake Chapman and Renee Schumm (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Leni, Jemma Chapman (Park), Connor Southers (Emily) and Finn Hartzog (Jamie).
A private family memorial tribute will be held at a later date.
