With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Casdorph Brewer (Charleston, West Virginia), who passed away on June 4, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Phyllis Casdorph; her husband Tommy Brewer; and her sibling Gale Casdorph. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Gilmore (late Junney), April Myers (Robert), Tommy Brewer Jr. (T. L.), Shawn Brewer (Michelle) and Troy Dowell; her grandchildren, Joshua Myers (Skylar), Amanda Elkins (Jamie), Katilyn Hicks, Todd Myers (Kristiana), Kailyn Pettry, Destiney Jarrell (Christopher), Noah Brewer, Taylor Rogof, Sydney Gilmore, Aubree Dowell and Kynleigh Dowell; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Oaklee Myers, Jamieson and Paxton Elkins; her siblings, Peggy Lyons (David), Jackie Smith (Dale), Danny Casdorph and Jimmy Casdorph; her siblings, Pamela and Benjamin (Christy); and also Charlie (Juanita). She is also survived by 7 nieces, 6 nephews, 4 great-nieces, and 6 great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home (1325 W Washington St, Charleston, WV 25302). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
