With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ernie Ray Justice Jr. of Charleston, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2025. He was predeceased by: his father Ernie Ray Justice, Sr.; and his brothers, Darrell Justice and Dewayne Justice. He is survived by: his fiancée Kellie Worstell; his mother Loleta Justice; his children, Tyler Justice (Addison) and Kirsten Justice; his stepson Allen Tyler (Makayla); his grandchildren, Aydenn, Karter, Gunner, Zaylix, Alex, Laeken, Ace and Tate; his siblings, Mona Justice, Norma Loveless (Dewayne), Teresa Wilkerson (Mark), Melissa Loftis (Troy) and Mark Justice; and his closest buddies, Scott Worstell, John "Bubby" Chandler and Doug Bowen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Curry Funeral Home (2097 Childress Rd, Alum Creek, WV 25003). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
