She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgie Jones and Newman Jones; and her husband Theodore F Baldwin. She is survived by: her children, Steven Baldwin, Daniel Baldwin, Lisa Bryant and Anita Spangler.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home (1118 Virginia St E, Charleston, WV 25301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
