He was predeceased by: his parents, James I. Hill Sr. and Virginia S. Hill. He is survived by: his wife Delores Kaye Hill; his daughter Betsy Scragg (Steve); and his granddaughter Linsey Scragg (Brenden).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (1414 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
