It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Harrington of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack West and Janice West; her brother Lenard West; her son Cory West; her husband David Harrington; her father-in-law Bill "William" Jackson; her close friends, Debbie Jarvis and Deborah "Big Mamma" Hock; Rodger D and Tommy Hock.
She is survived by: her sister Dawn Fugate; her children, Water (Missy), Mindy, Glen (Nancy), Kimmy, Meg and Zack; her brother Matt West (Stephanie); her siblings' children, Breanna, Brayden, Darren, Gracie and Matthew; her son John Oaks (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Sebastian and Adrianna Oaks (Drew); her daughter Felicity Layman; her granddaughter Amanda (Matt); her great grandchildren, Joshua (Hayden), Jayden (Emily), Julie and David; her daughter Rachelle Shepherd; her grandchild Alexis House (Edward); her great grandchild Evie; her granddaughter Dorothy Doherty (Ang); her great grandchildren, Jazzy and Joe; her grandchildren, Logan Shepherd and Adam Shepherd; her children, Billy, Eric Harrington and Susan Snider (Jeff); her grandson Steven; her great grandchild Gabe; her granddaughter Tiffany; her close friend Cheryl Reed (Greg); Courtney, Brooke, Kendra and Shayne.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hills and Dales.
