With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Lue Booth of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Sr. and Hester Mitchell Louderback; her husband Harry Booth Jr.; her son Roger Lee Booth Sr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Mae Staten, Gloria Adkins Molnar, John Jr. and James Louderback.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Midkiff (Donald) of Milton and Marsha Pennington (Jeffrey) of Charleston; her grandchildren, R. Lee Booth, Jr. of Bridgeport, Meredith Williamson (Jason) of Huntington, Courtney Booth-Cheek (Tate) of Asheville, NC and Kelly M. Pennington of South Charleston; and her great grandchildren, Brett A. Booth of Dallas, TX, Hayden E. Williamson of Huntington, Kathryn V. "Kit" Booth of Bridgeport, Blake D. Williamson of Huntington and Laura Virginia Cheek of Asheville, NC..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home (1325 W Washington St, Charleston, WV 25302). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association 1248 Greenbrier Street Charleston, WV 25311.
