She was predeceased by: her parents, Otmer Shamblin and Orsie Lanham Shamblin; her son Dennis Ray Baldwin; her siblings, Eugene, Shelva, Olaf, Corbie, Orean Johnson and Kathrine Myers; her sisters-in-law, Virginia "Bud" Shamblin and Jule Shamblin; her son-in-law Woodrow Willard; and her brothers-in-law, Carl Johnson and Delbert Myers.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Baldwin; her children, Ronald Baldwin (Debbie), Connie Willard and Pamela Baldwin; and her grandchildren, Rhonda Parker (James), Ronald Baldwin (Kelsey), Joseph Baldwin (Ronda), Marvin Willard, Tiara Kirkland (Chris), Nicole Mann (Lamont), Richard Eads (Breanna) and Jessica Eads. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
