With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stacie Burgess of Charleston, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 49. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stacie Burgess to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Russell Burgess Keenis Burgess; and her grandparents, Jessie James, Polly Ruth Ann Burgess, James Lawrence and Tasie Ellen Yates.
She is survived by: her mother Janet Sue Burgess; her sons, Brayden Klingensmith and Branden Klingensmith; her close friend Brad Klingensmith; her sister Jamie Burgess (Dave); her brothers-in-law, Brian Klingensmith and Les Klingensmith (Lisa); her parents-in-law, Lester Klingensmith and Rebecca Klingensmith; her siblings' children, Logan Mullins (Katie), Jacob Mooney, Christian Klingensmith and Hailey Klingensmith; her great-niece Kailan Mullins; her great-nephew Grayson Mullins; and her brother Scottie "Weasel" Adkins (Timmy Stone). She is also survived by cousins, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Freeman Funeral Home to help with arrangements.
