It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tracy Bailey of Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brother Michael Bailey; and his father Harold "Bud" Bailey. He is survived by : his pet Skeeter; his son Tracy Bailey Jr.; his mother Frances Shamblin Bolen; and his sisters, Anna George (Mark) and Nancy Backus (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 9th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery (130 Academy Dr, Dunbar, WV 25064).
