He was predeceased by : his brother Michael Bailey; and his father Harold "Bud" Bailey. He is survived by : his pet Skeeter; his son Tracy Bailey Jr.; his mother Frances Shamblin Bolen; and his sisters, Anna George (Mark) and Nancy Backus (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
