She is survived by: her husband Tony Fragmin; her children, C. D. Collins (Tasha) of Clarksburg, Christal Collins of Clarksburg and Nikki Smith (Logan) of Friendly; her grandchildren, J. J. (Karen), Hannah (Sam), Natasha, Ella, Amariah, Rayonna, Izabella, Kywa and Teddy; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Brendalynn and Isaac; her sister Tammy Morris; her nephew Brandon; her siblings, Donna Stickle (Kenny Prunty), Donald Flint, Jr. (Shirley Flint) and Ronnie Flint (Pam McCarthy); her siblings-in-law, Shawn Fragmin (Shannon) and Anna Harvey (Simon); her close friend Debbie Riefer; and her pet Precious.
