He is survived by: his son Ladon Garrett of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Kamila Garrett of Clarksburg, Ladion Blackmond of Clarksburg and Teagan Garrett of Clarksburg; and his brothers, Bruce Freeman of Florida and Marc Freeman of New Jersey.
