He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lowther and Evelyn Miles Lowther. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fragmin Lowther; his children, Andrew Lowther (Kayla) of Clarksburg and Melanie Rathman (Matthew) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and his grandchildren, Melody Lowther, Jensen Lowther, Claire Rathman and Charlotte Rathman.
