He is survived by: his sons, Randall Lee Fernandez (Dina) of West Milford, WV, Paul Nicholas Fernandez of Clarksburg, WV and James Freeman Fernandez of West Milford, WV; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Keller (Todd) of Clarksburg, WV and Shelley Howard (Herb) of Lehigh Acres, FL; and his brother Jerry Alan Fernandez (Sandra) of Nutter Fort, WV. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
