It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy J. Garrett Kehrer of Clarksburg, West Virginia, born in Worthington, West Virginia, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Basil and Josephine Elizabeth Blackburn Garrett; her daughters, Helen Thorniley, Linda and Lana Kehrer; her grandson Bonn David Kehrer; her sister Joann Bowen; and her brother-in-law Philip "Satch" Morgan.
She is survived by: her husband Albert Frank Kehrer; her children, Frank E. Kehrer (Betty) of Buckhannon, Albert P. "Al" Kehrer (Stacey) of Bridgeport, William G. "Bill" Kehrer (Rhonda Wolfe) of Clarksburg, Dianna K. Urse of Fairmont, Doris Curley (Tom) of Wilmington, NC and Sue Ellen Beebe (Albert) of Alma, WV; her grandchildren, Linda Butcher (Robin Wilson), Christina Wilson, Dean Thorniley, Melinda Backlund, Sunshine Thorniley, Joplin Kehrer, Broden Michael Kehrer, Raeanna Urse, Jay Brandon Urse (Jill Sherman), Brittany Urse, Corey Urse, Katelyn Yost (Christopher), Daniel J. Wilson, Rebecca Flint (Brian) and Kristen Bassell (Terry); her great grandchild Uriah Bassell; her sister Paulette Morgan; and her sons-in-law, Clifford Thorniley and Lynn Butcher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
