It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elma Stutler of Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Andrew Bragg. She is survived by: her siblings, Russell Rigsby and Kathy Shears-Broadstone; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua Rigsby, Julia Rigsby, Bailey Rigsby, Jennifer Rigsby, Tina Shears-McCoy, Angie Broadstone-Simmons and Nicole Sims.
