He was predeceased by: his sister Rose Joyce Butler; his aunt Flora; his uncle William Riddle; his nieces, Destiny Sampson, Zoey Southerland and Bailey Ann Butler; his great-aunts, Flora Curia, Annette Curia and Lavaughn Curia; his cousin Frankie Curia; his grandparents, James, Rose Butler and Betty Hahe; his stepgrandfather Ed Hahe; and his grandfather Carmen Davis.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Davis and Virginia Butler; his children, Haylee Butler, Frankie "JoJo" Butler, Brooklyn Butler and Karlee Butler; his siblings, Thomas "TJ" Butler (Kara), Charles Butler, Jaremy Butler, Brandon Butler, Sarah Butler, Kimberly, Jess Morris, David "Sanchez" Moore, Scotty and Charlotte Underwood; and his nieces and nephews, Zachary, Allen Boggess, Carmen Sampson, Koda Sampson, Devon Sampson, Camden Baginsky, Thomas, Savannah Butler, Sophia Butler, Abby Martin and Lawerence "Little Man" Martin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
