He was predeceased by: his parents, Devoe R. Casto and Violet M. Helmick Casto; his wife Loretta J. Davis Casto; his siblings, Oran, Wayne, Devoe Buck Casto, Faye Lewis, Helma Lemmons and Vera McIe; and his son-in-law Daniel Matthey.
He is survived by: his children, Jeannie Minardi (Salvatore) of Stonewood, Sandra Matthey of Salem, Mary Piret (Ronald Smith) of Nestorville, WV and Gary Hutson (Janet) of Quiet Dell; and his sisters, Judy Cutlip (Charles) of Webster Springs and Debbie Baker of Akron, OH. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
