He is survived by: his wife Lois of Clarksburg; his children, Elizabeth "Libby" Newbern of Ohio, Christie Forinash of Ohio and William (Tammy Tyree); his siblings, Dorothy Westfall of Stonewood, Caroleen Roe (Roger) of Stonewood, Gary Forinash of Stonewood, Lois Bailey (Harry) of Bridgeport, Diana Mazzo (Carl) of Nutter Fort, Mark Forinash of Sarasota, FL and Lisa Weir (Craig) of Gulfport, FL; and his sister-in-law Connie Forinash of Clarksburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
