It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen M. Nolan (Clarksburg, West Virginia), who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband William F. "Bill" Nolan; her former life partner Earle Parmenter; her parent Virginia Shultz; and her stepfather George Shultz. She is survived by : her children, Debra Nolan Johnson (Curtis) of Houston, TX and William F. Nolan II (Loretta) of Nutter Fort, WV.; her grandchildren, Edward Wetzel of Houston, TX, Ashley Nolan Stokley of Summerdale, AL, Joanna Barnett of Jane Lew, WV and Melinda Hairfield of Jane Lew, WV.; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Grayson of Eli, C. J., David and Ella.
