She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Baggott and William Baggott; her siblings, William "Bill" Baggott, Glenda of Newark, DE and Alice Baggott Collins; her children, Stephanie Mossburg Hewitt (Richard "Rick") of New Matamoras, OH, Susan Mossburg Garner and William Lee Mossburg Jr. of Belpre, OH.; her grandchildren, Madonna, Chris, Thais, Michelle, Andy, Codie, Josh, Dustin, Desiree, Brandy, Ryan and Anthony; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Christa, Anthony, Ezra, Ivan, Gabrielle, Madeleine, Cash, Crew, Carter, Lila and Livia. She was also cherished by her loving siblings, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
