We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2024, at the age of 90, Janet Ann Lucas Kelly of Clarksburg, West Virginia, born in Shinnston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Milligan and Nellie Brookover Milligan; her grandchildren, Steve Oyarzo and Chris Kelley; and her brother Donald Lucas.

She is survived by : her children, Donna Mendez (Robert) of Clarksburg, Michael Kelley (Nora) of San Diego, CA, Mark Kelley (Diane) of Clarksburg and Randall Kelley (Janet) of Logan; and her siblings, Patty Whiteman (Fred), Karen Baldwin (Joe) and Charles Milligan (Matilda). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
