He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ike, Anna Belle Fetty, Bill and Zina Windon; his brothers-in-law, Bryon Stevens and Shawn Stevens; and his granddaughter Arrow Belle Fetty.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Lucreasha Fetty (Stevens); his sons, Nicholas Kent Fetty (Courtney Wolfe) and Andrew Benjamin; his grandchildren, Madison Fetty, Cameron Baxa, Mason Kearns and Piper Spear; his parents, Philip Jeff and Norma I. Fetty; his siblings-in-law, Jerry W. and Ruby R. Stevens; his brother Philip Mark (Paula Fetty); and his brother-in-law Dwayne (Sieglinde Stevens). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
