He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Radtka and Lillian Mae Humphreys Radtka. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Ann Revels Radtka; his daughter Robin Ann Whiting (John) of Lewis County; his nieces, Christina Jenkins and Kimberly Tumbry; and his nephew Ryan Radtka.
