He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Lester Anderson, Sr. and Mary Rose Ashcraft Anderson; his wife Nancy Ann Lynch Anderson; his son James Edward Anderson; his grandson Brandon Guy Anderson; and his siblings, Peggy Jewell, Daniel Anderson, Susan Martin, Sharon Harper, Robert "Bob" Anderson, Sr. and Scotty Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Guy Anderson (Angela), Donna Ann Curry (Michael) of Clarksburg and Charlotte Marie Fittro (Scott) of Clarksburg; his daughter-in-law Angela R. Anderson; his granddaughters, Brittany Anderson Luchuck, Amber Griffith, Nancy Turner, Elizabeth Fittro and Emma Anderson; his siblings, Barbara Blake (Randy), Wilbur Anderson (Debbie) of Streetsboro, OH and Charles Anderson (Judy); and his sister-in-law Karen Anderson of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
