She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dodd and Margie Lamp Dodd; her husband Charles Powers; and her siblings, John Dodd, Richard and Patricia Dodd.
She is survived by: her children, George Powers of Sardis, John Powers (Ashley) of Sardis and Jessica Powers of Davidson Run; and her sisters, Rosalee Dodd of Reynoldsville and Leona Stevens of Reynoldsville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
