He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Lynne Devan Moran. He is survived by: his father Michael Patrick Moran, Sr. of Clarksburg; his sister Felicia Marie Moran-Miller (Sawyer) of Missouri; and his great-aunt Hannah Gardner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
