He was predeceased by: his parents, Junie Cutlip and Phyllis Williams Cutlip; his grandson Robert Samuel Keith Cox; his siblings, Parsadina Cutlip, Shirley White, Harold and Robert Cutlip; his sons-in-law, Rick Bolin and Joe Richison; and his siblings-in-law, Charles White, Pete Cutright, Harvey "Bud" Taylor and Virginia Cutlip.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Dennison Cutlip; his children, Tammy Williams (Tim) of Alabama, Bob Cutlip of Georgia, Oral Cutlip, Jr. of Florida, Jeff Cutlip (Pauline) of Clarksburg, Phyllis Bolin of Greenwood, Brad Noon (Jackie) of Shinnston and Gary Noon of Arizona; and his siblings, Jean Taylor of Wolf Summit, Mary Lee Cutright of Summit Park and Myra Grimes (Pat) of Boothesville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.
