She was predeceased by: her mothers, Patsy Guzzi and Thelma Guzzi (Frank Martino); and her siblings, Jimmie Guzzi and Elayne Hickman. She is survived by: her sister Patty; her former husband Frank Samuel Martino; her grandson Evan Ferrell; her nieces, Gina and Johnna; her aunt Connie; her husband Darin; and her sons, Asher and Brock. She is also survived by her children and grandson.
