He is survived by: his children, Bryan Hitt (Jessica Sypolt) of Fairmont and Callie Phillips (Michael) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Allana and Amelia Phillips; his sisters, Cindy Hebb (Jerry) of Lost Creek and Kaye Carpenter (Keith) of Rockport, WV; his nieces, Dezirae Brady and Alisa Beavers; and his nephew Dustin Hebb.
