She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lynn and Mary Jane Clelland Talkington; and her daughter Rebecca Ann Cline. She is survived by: her husband William Richard Robbins, Jr.; and her daughters, Kelli Dean of Fairmont and Stefanie Moore of Clarksburg.
