He was predeceased by: his parents, Chumley Alfred and Mary Louise Tacy (Simmons); and his siblings, Gail Tacy Sr., Victor Tacy, Virginia Layman, Rella Tacy, Maxine Eckberg, Mary Ellen and Eunice Price.
He is survived by: his wife Winifred Jean Tacy (Sell); his daughter Rebecca Jean Cronin (Mike McDonald) of Good Hope; his grandchildren, Jennifer Garton (Matt) of Jane Lew, WV, Stephanie Hawkins (Rick) of Jane Lew, WV and Michael Cronin (Tasha) of Jane Lew, WV; and his son Potato Farm. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
