She was predeceased by : her parents, Troy Cole and Ruth Sanger; her husband Johnny Pavlik; her brothers, Buddy Cole and Jack Blankenship; her brothers-in-law, Stanley Belcher and Joey Brown; her niece Laura Maillet; her stepmother Ruby Cole; and her nieces and nephews, Sandy Belcher and Carl Belcher.

She is survived by : her children, Alisa Maillet and Richard Pavlik (Sheena); her grandchildren, Wayne Kuhn, Michael Maillet, CJ Maillet, Ashley Kuhn, Hannah Pavlik and Layla Weis; her great grandchildren, Anthonee Kuhn Nevaeh Carr and KaLeah Carr; her great great grandchildren, Mason and Jameson; and her siblings, Dave Cole (Frenchie), Phyllis Belcher and Betty Brown.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pavlik Cemetery (181 Co Rte 3/14, Glen Daniel, WV 25844). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at the same location.
