He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Fisher and Clara Fisher (Fields); his wife Loretta Kaye Fisher (Rhodes); his daughters, Jennifer and Stacy Fisher; and his siblings, Ermalie Fields, Martha Ann Fisher, Ross Fisher, Ira Fisher, Harvey Fisher, Eugene Fisher, John Henry Fisher, Philbert Fisher and Stanley Fisher.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Marie Fisher; and his siblings, Rosalee Barker and Jimmy Fisher.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to made to the American Heart Association in memory of his beloved daughters Jennifer and Stacy.
