He was predeceased by: his parents, Eathel W. Southall Sr. and Helen Emerson Southall; his sister Lanita Southall Vicars; and his great grandchild Cason Bryce Brown. He is survived by: his wife Marion Southall; his children, Cindy Bryant (Anthony) and Richard Southall; his brothers, Jerry Southall (Janice) and Blaine Southall (Anna); his grandchildren, Anthony Brown (Kylie) and Olivia Southall; and his great grandchildren, Silas Brown and Boston Brown.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veteran Cemetery.
