She was predeceased by: her parents, John Heck and Kate Claypool Heck; her husband Jimmy Vanscoy; and her brothers, Densil, Junior and Paul Heck.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Arthur of Huntington, WV; her sister Anna Miller of Scott Depot; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Emma, Mark Miller (Shawnda) of Scott Depot, Anna Heck of Scott Depot and Ann Payne of Scott Depot. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (160 Railroad Ave W, Cowen, WV 26206). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at the same location.
