She was predeceased by: her parents, Lundy Blevins and Florence Blevins; her former husbands, Acie O'Neal and Turner Wood; her children, Florence O'Neal of Acie O'Neal, Herbert O'Neal, Edna Boles, Betty Stone and Robert Dale O'Neal; and her siblings, Elmer, Archie, Jack Blevins, Edna Farmer and Irene Bullins.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny O'Neal (Betty) of Fayetteville, Wendy O'Neal of Crab Orchard, Theresa Nowaczyk of Mount Hope and Lisa Cales (Jerry) of Beckley. She is also survived by Twenty-two grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren, many great-great grandchildren, and a multitude nieces and nephews.
