He is survived by: his parents, Troy Preece and Bonnie Preece; his wife Joyce Koch Preece of Cross Lanes; his daughters, Elizabeth Tenney (Daniel) of Tampa and Laura Fauber of Cross Lanes; his grandchildren, Tyler Eastwood, Alexis Fauber, Madeline Tenney and Luke Tenney; and his siblings, Madge Jones, Betty Stanley of South Charleston, Muriel Pinkerton of Greensboro and Darrell Preece (Frances) of St. Albans.
