He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Ratcliff (Johnson); his sister Lisa Ratcliff; and his niece Samantha Ratcliff. He is survived by: his father Floyd Ratcliff; and his nephew Steven Lee Ratcliff of Crum, WV. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
