He was predeceased by: his son Jason Alan Swan; and his parents, James Harbour Swan and Beatrice Henderson Swan. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Swan Eveson and Heaven; his wife Linda Clark Swan; his sisters, Donna Gorcys (Greg) of Williamsburg, VA and Jo Ellen Stephens (John McComas) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Kyndall Eveson of Milton, WV., Cole Eveson of Milton, WV., Regan Swan of Milton, WV. and Brenna Swan of Milton, WV.; and his children-in-law, Rick Eveson of Mooresville, NC and Amber Swan Clagg (Travis) of Milton. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the building fund of Forrest Burdette Memorial or Hospice of Huntington.
